Hercules Snyman

We were all surprised this was his 2nd tour with EF. Hercules was beyond what we could have asked for in a guide. He truly cared for each of us and his knowledge of the places we visited was superb!!! Wish he was on ever tour we book with EF!! A pleasure to have met him!!!

Hercules was fantastic, totally giving and indefatigable taking care of everyone's needs, and believe me it was a very needy group and he did a fantastic job. Lots of history of knowledge, geography, and animals that he willingly shared answering any and all questions. Definitely a great tour director.

Hercules went above and beyond to make this tour as smooth and enjoyable as possible. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge of South Africa and communicated effectively with everyone. His sense of humor and ability to manage a group of travellers is excellent, which made this trip smoother for everyone. Hercules made a lot of efforts to one traveller who arrived late. He managed her to get some cash and included her to the excursions that she did not book ahead. EF did the best decision to hire him and now invest in him to continue directing many more tours in South Africa!

Hercules had extensive knowledge of the tour area (fact checked). He had great communication skills, a real storyteller. There was clear evidence of passion and enthusiasm to share the information with us. His adaptability/ flexibility was greatly appreciated throughout our time together. He was always punctual (even when we weren't). He's a great listener and a professional. He can even tell a funny joke every now and then. The trip ran smoothly because he's organized, thoughtful, observant and just overall friendly and engaging. It was a pleasure to have him lead my group of 10 friends for my milestone birthday. An EXCELLENT tour guide.

Hercules went above and beyond every single day. He anticipated our needs before we even knew them, shared stories and history in a way that captivated us and infused each moment with heart and meaning. He was patient, kind, funny and always made sure we felt safe and cared for. We came to South Africa to see the beauty of the land and its wildlife- and we did - but what we'll carry in our hearts forever, is the way Hercules made us feel. We left with a deeper love for this country, and it's entirely because of him. We were in the very best hands. Hercules is a gift. We truly adore him. He was amazing in every way. Informative, respectful, engaging, and perfectly balanced. He, along with the group, made this trip perfect. The best one so far. Great guy, he was super. He took really good care of us. Hercules was friendly with the tour group and gave us a lot of information and backstory concerning the sights we saw as we drove around South America.

Tremendous guide and host. Very considerate in wanting to accomplish our group's goals and works hard behind the scenes to ensure everything flows smoothly. Hercules was also very knowledgeable and great with the adults and kids alike. Awesome guy.

Hercules was excellent and I cannot say enough good things about him. He seemed to truly want to prove a positive experience for us and was willing to do whatever he could to help give us a positive experience, 10/10. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone interested in this or other trips!
